Community Outreach Liaison

Location:
Norfolk, VA (Field-Based with Some Office Days)
Department:
Outreach & Engagement
Type:
Full-Time
Salary Range:
$60,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)
Summary:
BeBold Recovery is seeking a passionate and community-driven Outreach Liaison to build relationships, promote services, and expand awareness of our outpatient addiction treatment programs. You’ll be the face of BeBold in the community — connecting with referral partners, attending events, and helping more individuals access the care they need. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to network, and believes deeply in the mission of recovery.
At BeBold Recovery, we believe addiction treatment is sacred, life-saving work—and we build our team with people who treat it that way. As the Admissions Coordinator, you are the first connection our clients have to hope and healing. You’ll serve as a steady guide for individuals and families, helping them navigate admissions with compassion, clarity, and purpose. This is more than a front desk job—it’s a frontline mission to make every client feel like they are our only client.
The Peer/Clinical Case Manager will combine the lived experience of recovery with hands-on case management to help clients navigate their recovery journey. You’ll support clients in both clinical coordination and real-world life needs — from transportation and housing to emotional guidance and crisis support.
